Breaking free from creative overwhelm
One of the biggest creative blocks we can face is overwhelm. It’s that feeling when we’re just paralyzed either with too many ideas or none at all. I’ve found it helpful to write out and process what’s making me feel overwhelmed. Hope this activity helps you gain fresh perspective and clarity.
